Jeff has over 14 years of sales and sales management experience in the direct response advertising industry and is a rabid U of A Wildcat fan. In 1987, Jeff joined a New York City List Brokerage Company, he was transferred to California to open and manage the West Coast operations.
Previously, he was National Sales Manager for DPE Direct in Los Angeles, CA. DPE was a full service agency offering turnkey solutions. His experience in direct marketing includes: full direct mail processing, data entry, data processing, fulfillment, database management, predictive modeling response analysis, list brokerage/sales, and sweepstakes/contests.
His responsibilities included managing a five person sales staff and acquiring and managing national accounts. Current and past clients include Amgen, Vons, UHP Healthcare, Skechers USA, BMG Records, KCET Television, Rhino Records, Ramada Inn Suites and LA Gear. He has consistently generated personal sales of nearly $2 million annually with these clients.
Margery Nardin has over 20 years of management experience in the Direct Mail and Fulfillment Industry. Her educational background is in both Accounting and Computer Science. She was employed by J. Knipper and Company in Lakewood New Jersey for 11 years. Her last position held there was Assistant Vice President of Information Services.
Her areas of responsibility have included Data Entry, Data Processing, Print Production, Programming and Network Administration. At J. Knipper and Company, Margery handled direct mail and fulfillment programs for Warner-Lambert, SmithKline Beecham, Procter and Gamble, Amgen and many other Pharmaceutical companies. This included sample requests and fulfillment of OTC (over the counter) products, prescription drugs and Class III narcotics. All programming and reporting requirements met FDA and DEA regulations.
While living in California, Margery was employed as an Account Manager for Data Processing Enterprises (DPE) in Cerritos and as Data Processing Manager for Direct Marketing Experts (DME) in Westlake Village utilizing her strengths in Project Management. She has often managed other areas of responsibility such as office staff, accounting, and information services.
As a Business Owner and the Operations Director, Margery created the infrastructure of MediaMinds. This includes the setup of the Computer Network and Accounting Software, design of all Forms and Paperwork Flow, written Standard Operating Procedures for Adminsitration, Data Processing, Warehouse Production and Quality Control to ensure Productivity, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction.
Project Management continues to be Margery's strength as she has many diverse programs to setup and manage for MediaMinds Clients.
Tony Pace graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1998 with a degree in business and psychology. After spending time traveling and experiencing the world he began working at MediaMinds in 2000. Since that time he has learned and overseen the following aspects of direct response marketing: direct mail processing, data entry, data processing, database management, fulfillment and list brokerage/sales.
Prior to joining MediaMinds had successfully operated a Human Resources Consulting Company in strategic staffing and project management for over 25 Fortune 1000 companies. Jere has over 15 years experience in employment, technical and executive recruiting, project management and consulting services. He's a pretty nice guy, too.
Jere has been responsible for the recruitment and hiring of VP level and above positions in the Information Systems, Health Services, Financial Operations, Pharmacy, and Sales and Marketing Departments. He has also been involved with Sr. V.P. level officers in recruitment strategy development and cost-per-hire reduction methods.
Jere's former clients included Health Net, American Honda Motor Company, Blue Cross of California, Mckesson Corp., Southern California Gas Company, HealthAllies.com, Litton Industries, Inc., Teradyne, Inc., J.D. Power and Associates, and Nestle USA, Inc.
Jerry has been involved in the film and entertainment industry since 1970 and is well respected in the film production industry as a creative and tenacious production leader. He began his career at industry leader Compact Video. In 1979, he was nominated for an Emmy Award for Video Tape Editor of the Year for his editing work on the Ringling Brothers Circus Special on NBC.
Jerry has worked as Production Manager, Location Manager, Stage Manager, Production Supervisor, Post Production Supervisor, First Assistant Director, and Producer on thousands of documentaries, weekly television shows, corporate promotional films, music videos, television commercials and live concerts and pageants. He rarely sleeps, which unquestionably contributes to an inexhaustible and prolific production of creative inspirations.
He has acted as First Assistant Director on over 500 TV commercials, over 500 music videos, 300 live performance shows, 5 major motion picture productions, and a variety of traveling docudramas. He has directed 4 TV commercials and 10 music videos. Just a few of his Fortune 500 clients include: The Coca-Cola Company, Levi Strauss & Company, Ford, Toyota, Anheuser-Busch and Quaker Oats. His music video clients have ranged from Elvis Presley to Michael Jackson to Coolio and Kid Rock.
